Recommended evaluation process
- Build a small test group that matches the real cafe image.
- Run complete cashier scenarios before comparing pricing.
- Measure how quickly a new staff member can start, extend, pause, and end sessions.
- Test failed-payment, frozen-client, and disconnected-network scenarios.
- Check whether reports are clear enough for daily reconciliation.
